We collected our data using various methods such as: 

Tally graphs, questioning people, visual perspective, costumer's perspective, personal perspective, ect... these were the graphs we used as a base.

I apologize for less responses because the manager of JPO wouldn't allow us distracting and bothering the costumers which just proves that they are more serious about the pleasure and good experience of their costumers.

Results of School Trip

On the 15th of March 2016, Me (Lilly), Amelie, Annalisa and Kensie went around Aeon and JPO interviewing people and observing various prices, carparks and shops. Then we wrote down what we found out and compared everything between the shops. Obviously most people preferred  convenience over comfort because most people chose Aeon even with it's appalling state.
